Is she getting syringe fed Critical Care? Are you giving her probiotics to counteract the effect of the antibiotics on her gut? Did the vet get a swab of the bacteria for culturing? That would ensure it is not resistant to the antibiotics. Are you weighing her daily? Or at least every two...

Sounds like they are coming into sexual maturity, and are trying to sort out who is dominant. I guess so long as they're not fighting it's okay, but if there is any future evidence of fighting, then you will have to separate them immediately, and possibly permanently.

My Rosey used to chew straight lines down her flanks towards her tail. Dunno how she got them so perfect. She started when my other chin got sick, but she stopped later on of her own accord. Occasionally she will do it again... always in the straight rows, and sometimes the tip of her tail...

Get some Critical Care and start syringe feeding him, plus get another vet opinion ASAP.

What are you feeding her? She could be calcium deficient, depending on her diet. Not sure about the constant movement. Is she tooth grinding? Making any odd noises?

Is she behaving any differently? Has her eating changed? How have her poops been since then? I'm not sure I'd rush off to a vet based solely on what you've described. I'd just stop treats for a while and feed only hay and pellets, and monitor her food/water intake as well as her poops from then...

I think Op means the chin is not using the chew toys to wear down its teeth. Maybe you could try giving new chew toys? And more varied types? Like offer pumice, and different types of wood. Maybe some cholla or lava triangles/ledges?

One of my chins had a small notch out of her ear that was apparently done by either her mother or one of her siblings. It never filled in: just healed around the edges. The notch was permanent, but didn't affect her in any way.

I've had three girls, and they all hated each other, thus shattering my dreams of a happy snuggly herd! My three girls were all perfectly happy on their own... like what Amethyst said, it totally depends on each chin's own personality.
