the left one, sometimes, at about noon time, she will have some big poops
the right one, sometimes, at night time (about 7~8pm) she will have some tiny poops, not many, less then 10 poops like this.

yesterday her weight dropped to 578g, so strange..
i thought this may beacuse of she was not sleeping in long time, i checked her every mid-night, if she really slept for long time, she won't have poops, but yesterday she had poops in mid-night
then, i decided to give her more critial care, from 50ml add to 55ml

last night, she was willing to walk around by herself, i didnt push her to walk.
she did some naughty things, bite wooden cabinet and walked to washroom
she didn't really did this naughty things when she was very sick
i can see, she walked a lot, poops a lot, my decision is correct, feed her more!

today 3am, went to check her, there were many poops!!!
this morning, 7am, again with many poops!! ( i think because of the weather is quite warm also!!)
her weight is 577g, i already feeded 5ml more, i may need to feed her 60ml?
she is willing to eat, and eat a bit fast, not struggle a lot, maybe she feel hungry..
for the hay, she may eat some, she is not eating only the leaves also with stem, but still less, i didnt feed her many times at day time, let her eat the hay by herself.

Yay!!! Sounds like your chinchilla is recovering very well!
I think that it's ok to have different sizes of poops, so long as your chinchilla is pooping constantly. If she's acting naughty, walking around a lot, that's a good sign.
Sometimes if your chinchilla is used to being fed by you, they just get lazy to eat on their own (that's what happened to my chinchilla after being fed by me for awhile). Just make sure there's always pellets & hay in the cage. If you think that your chinchilla can start eating on her own, you can cut back on the force-feeding little by little.
Be careful when syringe-feeding your chinchilla not to do it too fast. Sometimes the air bubble in the syringe can also contribute to the bloat. So I usually shake the syringe to get rid of any air bubbles.

she eat quite fast with the syringe-feeding, but i will becarefull for that, and double check if there are bubbles inside.
pellets and hay are always inside her cage, but she just lazy to eat~~~
i need to give her fresh hay from time to time, if the hay is not fresh, she don;t like it =_=

My chinchillas are the same, they are picky & only want to eat fresh hay :)

she is really very very picky !!!!!!!
this morning, her weight is 563 (yesterday577)
again, her weight suddenly fall!
i know because she got many many many poops yesterday, and she walked a lot and a lot,i already feeded her 57ml yestday!!!
i know the problem is, she didnt really eat by herself!! hay and pellets are always in her cage, but she didnt eat a lot at night, thus her weight fall
when i was perparing the critial care this morning she walk and jump around in the cage, i know she is very hungry!! she didnt wait for so long time, then she went to eat some hay!!! after i finished preparing the critial care, i took out to feed her, she ate very fast, of coz i feeded her slowly.
i really hope she can eat more by herself, but i cannot always push her to eat, espically at night time

Egad, mine did this, his weight was up and down, he got better, then fell ill again. I pretty much just treated him like he was sick until his weight was steady. It sounds like you're doing great!

today we took her to revist vet,
vet said, before many poops were inside her Cecum, now she poops a lot therefore her weight dropped
but why she ate a lot criital care, but the weight still dropped? the answer is same as above. it's time to give her less critial care, and let her to eat more hay
the metoclopramide and Propulsid reduce to 0.2ml twice a day, for 2days and then reduce to 0.1 ml twice a day for 2days and then stopped
metacam, still need to take 0.04ml twice a day and cannot stopped. she said because of her teeth problem, the vet only take surgery on every Wednesday, we arranged on the coming Wednesday morning for the surgery, which will need to have Anesthetics, then take 1 or 2 x-ray, and will also check her mouth, if her teeth inside are too long, will cut the teeth, hope my chin will take more hay these days.
her weight is 563 yesterday -> 549 today

Yes, if your chinchilla poops more her weight will drop.
Sometimes if you press on the lower tummy really hard, you can feel if there are poops or not (that's where the cecum is).
I'm not sure about this, so don't take my word too seriously & please do more research, but I read somewhere that repeated exposure to anesthetics is not good for chinchillas, especially if you're planning to trim the teeth every week. I'm not sure what other options there are, I'm not even sure removing a tooth is possible/healthy for chinchillas.

some of the word i use may not correct, i use google translate to find word which i am not sure
if vet in usa, how they take mouth xray for chin??
about cecum, i pressed last night, i feel there were small round piece inside, not sure those were poops or not, but after awhile, i pressed again ,those were disappear, may be pooped out
for her weight, i am quite worried, because it up and down for these days
606-575-587-581-587-578(poops started coming out a lot,50ml critial care)-577(lots of poops 53ml critial care)-563(lots of poops 63ml critial care)-549today
hoping vet is right, she dropped weight because many ("old")poops came out

for her teeth, if it is too long inside, i should say trim not cut or remove

Getting x-rays is an excellent idea. However, this is what you need to think about and it may be a hard decision. IF her roots are growing into her jaw, then no amount of trimming them will help her. Please have a very good understanding with your vet after she examines the x-rays to make sure you are not having work done that will not help your chinchilla. I have a chinchilla with teeth problems but her roots are fine I am told (actually getting a second opinion). It is very important you understand the problem before you decide on your treatment. You have done great work with your chinnie, she is so lucky to have you :)). I hope that she does not have any serious teeth issues.

Anesthesia is necessary for clear xrays unless the chin will stay still (and no chin likes to stay still :))) - there is always a risk with anesthesia (even with humans), but it's the only way to know what's going on inside her mouth, and they usually do just fine. You're doing a wonderful job with your little girl, and I really hope her teeth problems are manageable!

That's what I meant. If it's a root problem, putting the chinchilla under anesthesia to do continuous trimming is not a good idea.

Yes, anesthesia is necessary to get a clear xray because chinchillas don't stay still. I can't remember what type of anesthetic my vet dental specialist used, but he said he used a type that's more stable for rodents. I'll try to see if I still have the records. I agree with getting a second opinion. My vet was gracious enough to refer me to a vet dental specialist because she knew that dentistry was her limitation and the animal clinic I go to doesn't have all the correct equipments (like a proper xray machines especially for teeth).

Other than that you are doing very well with your chinchilla, willing to take care of her, looking after her, and bringing her to the vet every week. It's good to read the updates of the chinchilla doing better and better. So many animals in general don't make it just because their owners don't care and those animals could have gotten better just with a simple vet visit. Good job!

for my chin, the 2nd choose, is to wait for some more days, to see if she can eat more, but the vet said, this is not a good choice.
so we arrange the re-visit on the coming Wednesday, she explain to us, many chins may have teeth problem and will have to take xray to check or may need trimming.
of coz, if we the finial result of the xray is showing her teeth have overgrow to her jaw, then i know we cannot help her, but a least, now i know we need to know she is having or not having teeth problem
actually we are alredy spending lots of money on her, maybe after the xray or the trimming still cannot help her, we won't spend more, because we do not have such money, yes, i know it is not happy to say this, but it is true.

if she does have malocclusion, there isn't any amount of money can really do for her. It's not a matter of if but a matter of when she will have to be put down. I sure hope she doesn't have that awful disease, but if she's in a lot of pain and there isn't much that can be done, it might be the best for her.

I wish you the best of luck!

Status update
her weight: 563-549(revisit vet)-550-542-534this morning
the day revisit vet, the critial care started to reduce.. 50ML-50ML-46ML(yesterday)

this morning i checked her cage, the hay were around at everywhere in the cage, she seems didnt eat any of the pellets
when i opened the cage, she came out, i cleaned up the hay, and put some fresh hay inside, she seems can heard and smell, walked back next to me, then i pushed her back to the cage, then she started to eat.
i went away and came back, she was drinking water, then i put some 22pcs new pellets insdie, after she ate, 4pcs pellets were left, i put few more pcs, and she ate some more.
i know she was very hungry, and i will feed the critial care later this morning
should i cut the critial care more? or wait to see 1 or 2more days ..
her weight really dropped a lot

I would slowly decrease the amount of Critical Care you are feeding since she has eaten pellets on her own and see how it goes. If she continues to drop I would increase the Critical Care again. I think you have to judge based on how much she eats on her own and her weights. That is great that she is eating pellets on her own though! I hope you have good news at your next vet visit about her teeth.
