What is the Rancher's Handbook?

Sorry, not sure if I posted this in the right section. But I was reading through the Empress book I have, and in the back it says you can buy The Rancher's Handbook. I was just wondering what this is. Is it something just for big breeders, or does it have useful information for everyone?

The ranchers hand book has basic care and breeding information that can be useful for any size of owner/breeder!

If it's the book I bought off of the Shoots last year(mine is blue with a folder-like cover), it's a great resource for anyone who owns chins, whether they breed or not.
