Grooming Combs

Ok so I was thinking about purchasing grooming combs soon and I have no idea what size is best to get first. Since they are pretty pricey I will only get one or 2 first. Which ones are most commonly used or do I need all 4 to groom my chins?

Also, if anyone can post any video links showing how to properly groom a chin, that would be great! I watched people groom at the York show but its nice to have something to watch while doing it.

I would say either a #3 or #4 and then a #2 definitely. I use a #4 and #2. #4 to get out all the matts (if there are any) and to rough groom, and then a #2 to get all the excess loose fur out. I know some people prefer a #3 over a #4, which is why I mentioned either one. I, personally, like the #4, but that could be because I get chins surrendered with really grungy fur.

I use a #3 on all my boys. It gets the job done, just to rough groom and get the dead hair out.
