I ordered a pound of lifeline on the may 20th... I havent gotten it i emailed and havent gotten word back... Im not sure what to do here

I've never had a problem getting lifeline or getting it in a timely manner.

Maybe they didn't get your mail, or possibly misplaced overlooked it by mistake.

I would just send another mail.

I have had no probemes with order either.

I've noticed it takes a little longer when you have a large order, but lifeline is an incredible product and chocolatechinchillas has never let me down. Sometimes she's doing rush orders for distressed and ill pets as well, id send an email verifying your order. You'll get a response within 24 hours

I actually just got my lifeline in the mail, after two weeks up here to canada. I did e-mail her asking if she could check where it was the day before I got it, and she replied back that same day. I would wait or e-mail again.
