Where do the Standards fit in?

I was reading over the Show FAQs, but I did not see any category for the Standards. Where do they fit in? And what would be the difference between a Standard and a Charcoal? Thanks~

Standards are naturalle, charcoal is not a color that is in the United States. There are only a handful of breeders here that have true charcoals.

The are separated by color into classes. (i.e.: White, Sapphire, Violet, Beige, Standard, Black, Ebony) And then into phases (light, medium, dark).

I'm not sure what show faqs you are referring to, but there are two organizations in the US and the run their shows differently.

ECBC does a 10 class show for standards, and doesn't separate by phase.

Charcoals in the US were mixed with ebonies, in the US they are basically one and the same because no one here has true Charcoals that I'm aware of. I've heard some people do, but I've yet to see them, I did search for quite a while at one point though.
