This is because I dared go over to other chinchilla cage!
 
seeing that title and seeing it posted at 1-2am... i was rly scared to click on this thread.

That is a rly nice looking chin tho. Is that tube attached to anything? I have one in each of my cages attached to the walls. I never thought about letting one just be free in there. Would be interesting to see if they would roll around in it lol.

Thank you. No, it's bolted to the wall. I worry she'd get stuck under it or something.
 
What a cutie! One of mine does the same thing when I go over to visit the other chinchilla. She acts like it's the end of the world until she gets her scratches.
 
Boco does the exact same thing, its kinda cute because if i turn around then turn back around he will be on a different shelf looking at me with those sad chinny eyes
