Anyone know of a vendor on here who sells (or can make me) one of these twig bridges?

Not sure if Kelly (Chinchewy1) is still offering those or not...you could PM her :).

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but there is a bridge there connecting two shelves. :)

Yes, Cat from Treasured Chinchillas is absolutely amazing. Her craftsmanship is impeccable. I just received an order from her and all the shelves were perfectly sanded and proportional. Each piece on the bridge was sanded down so there were not sharp corners/edges. Prices are fantastic. And it took 4 days to get to me from the time I paid her.

Can someone please tell me, because I've heard both, do chins need bridges and ramps, or is it better without them? Thanks.

They don't NEED bridges and ramps. Bridges can be a neat, fun addition for them. Shelves are the best because they like to jump.

Yeah I would say it depends on the chins. Mine hate any unstable surfaces, except for the top of their fleece cubes (why sleep inside when you can sleep on top of it?). They prefer to jump from ledge to ledge.
