So as I'm going through all the boxes I brought home with the herd, most of the stuff I know what it is and what it's used for (ex. fenugreek, electrolytes, activated charcoal, so on...) but I have a bag here of "stinging nettles." Hmm. Never seen that before. Is there a use for this in chinchillas?

If not, what can it be used for (in humans, other animals...)?

ETA: it looks like dried crinkled up leaves, like it's a herb?

Stinging nettle is a weed. I didn't know it was found around here, but it's everywhere in the UK. The plant produces an acid and if you rub against it, it "stings" you and boy does it hurt like a %*@#(%! But they make tea out of it and other stuff.
