Right kinda thing

So I've had harvey for abot three months and I have been using a heating mat to heat his cage but now that its getting colder I want to get a ceramic heat lamp and a thermostat . . . . is the product in the link the right kind of thermostat to control the the heat lamp and keep the cage at the right temperature (I'm clueless about this stuff! :err: )

I will be getting the Repti Temp 500R Thermostat and a 60 watt ceramic heat emitter as suggested by Nancy and pet store employees. The top link looks like it could be good as well.

I cant tell you how good these are, but when i kept a lot of reptiles, this was the best site to order from in terms of price, even with shipping included

I live in Ireland so shipping prices would be way too much I found a thermostat in a pet shop close by which was 95 euro (over $100) so I'm trying to find something cheaper on the Irish ebay site www.ebay.ie

That would probably be a good idea, petstore markup is ridiculous. I think I overheard once in the one i worked at that our markup was 250%. eek!
