Rabbit drinking A LOT!!!

Momiji normally drinks about a whole SuperPet glass water bottle in 2.5 days. He's started going through a bottle a day, and he is peeing A LOT!! I mean a lot a lot!

He just started doing this a few days ago. I plan on calling my vet on Monday to see if I need to worry. But I'd like to know if anyone knows what may cause this?

sorry, I really have no idea. Can bunnies get diabetes? Or maybe some sort of uti? Hopefully it is nothing serious!

What size is the bottle? There are three styles of the super pet glass bottles, the ones with the blue nozzles are 8 and 16 oz's, I believe the others are 8 oz.

It's possible that he's fighting off some sort of infection or sickness which would increase water intake. If everything else is normal I'd just watch closely for a couple days and see if it corrects itself, the body may just be trying to flush itself out of something.
