I live outside of Philly and have not found a vet I really trust, you can ask Mt. Zion Chins, she lives in Jersey and breeds them. I know she has a really good vet, but not sure how close it would be to you.

I chin vet I highly recommend is Dr. Janice Goode. She practices in Marlton,NJ at the Petsmart, Banfield Hosp. I don't usually recommend a Banfield vet but she is excellent. I have followed her all over in the past 15 years (wherever she works).
