Well, while I like mingling with old friends...having two children that I don't trust with many people and a part time job...well, point is I only go to a show that I can show at least 5 chins at. I know they're only a month apart but half the time my chins aren't even old enough to show at the ACS Lasst season I showed...a 5month old which I do NOT like to do. Granted, he did well...but just the same. I'll definitely attend the ACS, I've only missed it two years since breeding. One year because I was 9months pregnant. The following year because my breeding partner had gotten out of chinchillas and I was doing major herd reorganization. But yeah, showing IS important but if you don't have enough to show with the current ecomonmy it can be a major waste of money.
