Craigslist ad

I seen these Chinchillas on Craigslist and they claim they are a black pair.. They say they are more darker in person. Here is the ad..

male and female black chinchillas
much darker than the pic shows
rehoming fee $125 chins only or
$175 with a very nice cage

What color do they look like to you? Pics are attached ...

The chin in the second picture may be a light/medium ebony, I can't tell for sure without seeing the belly. If ebony, the belly will be the same color as the back.

The chin in the 3rd picture is a standard grey.

Looks like two standards and ferret nation to me. Must be educated in chins <sarcasm> because the babies from a male and female would never get through that cage <enter more sarcasm>

lol yeah, I seen they had wire around the bottom of the cage and that stuff is very sharp..
I asked if they have had babies before and they said no and they think they are 3 years old.

I just asked what color their belly's are and this is the response....

The male is solid black and the female has a little bit of white. They are jumpy in their cage but are fine once they are out.

I do think that the price is fair. Middle pic could be an eb 3rd pic is a standard.
