Trixie is totally obsessed with my socks...will chew and pull on them during playtime. Has anyone made a cuddly toy from a sock for their furkids? What should I stuff it with? Or can I just ball one up and give it to her?

I wouldn't chance it due to chewing on the material.
The short answer is NO, do not give her socks.
The explanation is, socks will unravel when chewed and can cause problems such as impaction if ingested and getting tangled around feet and toes causing blood flow to be cut off.
You can make her a toy by sewing some polar fleece together and stuffing it with polar fleece.
