Breeders Code List

Hey everyone,

I was digging through my files to find the pedigree for one of my girls. And all over it are initials of the parents/ grandparents breeders. I searched these and found this site....

Which helped alot, i was able to find out RVDK was for Merritt Chinchilla Ranch along with RNJR is for Ryerson... things like that. However, there are still a couple others that don't show up on this list ( as it says the site was last updated in 2006)

I was wondering if it would be beneficial for us to compile a list of these codes. :hmm:

I am still looking for one called WEST and MDDC.....

Riven's list of ranch brands (not codes or initials) is very thorough and even lists ranchers that are no longer breeding. If you can't find a brand on there, just ask and I'm sure someone on here will know the brand. Many of us regularly attend shows and do the points and awards tables so we will know what brands belong to who.
