Adobe pet hospital will be hosting the annual Chinchilla Health Day, sponsored by California Chins Rescue (www.chinchillarescue.org), on President's Day! Do you have a chin? Are you interested in adopting a chin? Come on by!

If you've thought about owning a chinchilla, come by and learn about these wonderful pets and check out rescue chins available for adoption.

The chinchilla health team will be led by Adobe's Dr. Jane Johnson and exams are only $5 per chin!! Please call or email Holly Trapp at 408-523-1378 ([email protected]) for an appointment after February 5, 2011.

Darn, I don't think I'll be able to make it out this year... I'll have to take the day off and I'm already taking time off in Feb for the CO Show. :-/

It's a great deal though if you want a health checkup/fecal done for your chin(s). It gives the UC Davis vet students who help with the event valuable experience with chins as well!

That's so cool! I wish I had know about that before the check up I did last month! Sadly, I'll be MIA this year, but that's still really awesome! Maybe I'll stop by next year anyway. Thanks Dawn!
