I made this chili a couple weeks ago and really liked it. The ingredient list is simple.
Changes I made; 1.5lbs of beef, can of black beans, a couple handfuls of frozen corn, whole med. onion (I like onion!) a little more salsa. Use the whole packet of seasoning. Don't skimp on the salsa (no Walmart generic brand, unless it is the one with the corn in it - Pace is recommended)
It comes out a little too thick, adding water every 1/2 hour or so (I had it on the stove for about 3-3.5 hours) to thin it out helps. Was great with a little extra sharp vermont cheddar and some crackers.
ETA: the leftovers were eaten over egg noodles. If that is your style, it is great as well (spaghetti wouldn't be bad either)
