I had a friend forward that video to me and I really was amazed and had to share it with everyone on fb. I can't imagine how long these girls had to train to perfect their act and to be able to endure jumping rope for so long! It makes me want to find one of my boys' jump ropes and see how long I can jumprope. I'm betting not long! What a cardio workout!!!

Can you imagine all the welts from messing up during practice? OW! And how do you not tangle the ropes? Talk about talent. And the crowd reaction is amazing.
