Alternative Hay?

I currently feed my chins Oxbow Western Tim right now but the past few bags I've bought have been 80% full of stalks rather than the softer blade pieces.

Do you guys have any suggestions on different brands?

I'm thinking about trying Zupreem, let me know if you've tried it!

I like Zupreem a lot. I would use solely Zupreem if I could find it locally in the 8 lb. bags.

I used american pet diner until recently since I could get good hay locally, in 10 years I only had one bad batch and they replaced it.

You can also try Valley Organic, Kmshayloft or American Pet Diner.
Your chins may like leafy orchard grass or bluegrass.
My chins especially love Organic Hay Delight (I can send you a sample if you'd like to try it).

I dont have a good batch of oxbow tim hay over here for this shipment too.

I think my area just has a bad batch or something-
I went to a few different pet stores today to see what was available.. seems the 15 oz bags of Oxbow Western are mostly stalks and brown but the 40 oz bags are full of the good stuff and are green - so I'm just going to buy the big bag!
