Room Rate: $85.00/night, includes a discounted breakfast coupon. This block of rooms with this rate will be held until February 15, 2013. This rate is also good for up to 3 days before and after the show.

Friday, March 1, 2013
Registration of animals & pelts – Arapahoe Ballroom - 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm
Evening Social – Hospitality Suite - 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Deadline for turning in all registration paperwork is 10:30 pm.
All entries must be caged or on pelt boards by 10:30 pm, Friday.
In the event of a delayed flight or emergency, notification must be made to the chairman BEFORE 10:30 pm in order to obtain an extension of this deadline.

Since the California Group is hosting this year's National Show, there will be a color theme for the attire. We are hoping you will all participate and would love if you can all be there. This year's colors are BLUE and SILVER, and the banquet hall will be decorated in the same theme. We are hoping for some more great photos this year!

The deadline for show book advertisements is February 25th. I have received a few advertisements already, but we can always use more to make the show book better!
 
If you will be at the show, you do not need to mail the door prize in ahead of time. You can just bring it to the show! You can send a picture and your name to [email protected] if you would like to see your door prize advertised ahead of time. We put a few of the prizes we know about before the show on the advertisement to let people know what kind of prizes will be available.

Advertisement prices for the show book as well as sponsorship prices are listed on the Empress website. http://empresschinchilla.org which is where we will try to keep current information on the national show.
