    Picky picky

Sorry to hear. My BabyChin (she's not really a baby, that's her name) wouldn't eat rose hips, sea grass knots and pear wood at first. I tried again a month later and now she loves that stuff. You never know, maybe Mips will eventually take to eating cotton wood :) Chin's are soo silly sometimes...

    Healthy cookies?

Hi All, I've seen several types of chin cookies for sale and was wondering if anyone has experience with giving their fur babies these kinds of treats? Also, can anyone recommend a seller or place to buy chin safe, healthy cookies? I'd prefer to order from a known seller than a random...

Grooming my eyelashes and giving kisses!

Awwww, that's soo sweet! My BabyChin likes to get lost in my hair (I have long hair, lot's off it lol) when I'm lying down. Kind of like she's exploring a jungle lol... No grooming though; I think she thinks she's having an adventure, hehe.

    Should I adopt her?

Hello, I currently have a 8mo female chin, named Baby Chin. She's a sweetie, playful, energetic, nice temperament. Honestly, I think she's happy by herself. But my husband and I do work full time, and though Baby Chin gets at least 2 hours a day of out of cage play time I wonder if she'd be...

    Chinchilla Games

I keep a hut made of timothy hay, a glass jar (closed with food in it), a giant spider (here's the link: http://www.whimsys-menagerie.com/chinchillachewtoys.htm ) myself, and the newspaper in Baby Chin's play pen. All I do is move things around and she seems to be happy. I think the main thing...

    Sprucing up the cages

I've ordered from Whimsy's and highly recommend her. She's pleasant to work with and will help you with compiling your order and packing it tightly to help save on shipping. She also has wonderful safe toys and treats if your interested in that.
