I been using different brand but it doesn't seem like they have much interest in any of them at all. I give them hay everyday but they eat little bit and leave the rest. There is so much left that you don't even know if they ate any. Is that normal? Or does they just not like the brand?

I'm wondering can you have a fan blowing on a chinchilla? Is it bad for them? Im not using the fan as a cooler. I have a air conditioner but my room temp is pretty cool so I dont usually turn it on I just turn on the fan. My chinchillas are beside my bed and the fan is right in front of my bed.
