I discovered I hate the smell of Carefresh so after this package is used up, I'm going to switch to fleece liners as well.

Let them get used to your voice! I started with reading whatever book I was reading to them and sing to them as well! Just give them a while to get used to your presence :)

I don't have a car :S It will be a quick 10min walk or 2 min bike ride so I was hoping to make it quickly and get them into the vet building as fast as possible. Maybe putting in an ice-pack would help?

I recently adopted this sweet girl along with her sister. Her sister looks fine but I've been worried about her right eye. The fur around it is matted and not soft. It also looks like it has an empty ring around it. Her left eye is fine but I don't know what happened to her right one...

I have a pair of chinchillas and it used to be very hard for me to get them back to the cage. What has worked for me is to only let them out for playtime when I know I can give them a long time out (more than an hour). I find that's when they get tired and go back to the cage to nap, eat, and...
