Personally I prefer my Living World glass/ metal bottle. I will never buy another 'Superpet' glass bottle though. Not a single one would work no matter how tey are filled, positioned, cleaned, closed etc. I had lixits ... They got chewed.

Yup she is :) she had to make meth to pay for a wheel, and I entered her into the contest in hopes she would stop! But now she likes it to much ;) lol!

She gobbled up all the wet stuff I put out for her last night and was into her bowl with the dry... I cant tell if she's eaten any dry powder but she investigated at least. Il have to increase the amount of wet stuff I leave for her... It Gunna take me some time to dial the whole situation in...

Thanks Megan! I looked at her mouth some more and saw she still has a few top back teeth as well but didn't see bottoms... So I ground down her dry kibble into a gritty powder and then took a teaspoon of that and added a teaspoon of water... Turned out the lights and she went right over and ate...

Izzy is Neerly four years old... I had noticed she was eating less over the last few months but took no mind since she was happy and runs, plays etc well today i got a glimps of her eating and I watched her for five minutes. I never heard any crunching. .. Only gumming sounds. I couldn't figure...

Or compramise and set up a SAFE area for the chin to be out of its cage...

This is just me, but I wouldn't even have a ferret in the same room. Maybe I'm just paronoid but I see problems. I had my other chinchillas playing in the room with my chinchilla that they don't get along with, she was in her cage and lost a finger plus a chuck of of her lip. I can only imagine...

Chins are not good free roam pets. They can't be trained in the way other pets can. I should know as one of my chins was free roaming for a year in the chin room and could not be trained to pee in a box while roaming. They like peeing on blankets because it absorbs lol I got her two double...

Always chop saw! I now refuse to make coins until I get a new chop saw. To difficult and unsafe with other saws.

I have fleece linners for the bottom of the cage because it's not tiled and the pee pads I have are small and sit on the shelves in the spots where they perticularily like to pee.
