Witte molen pellets

Hi! Does anyone have experience with Witte molen pellets? Breeders say, it´s good but I am thinking about feeding Oxbow pellets. They are like 5 times more expensive, but 2 chins do not eat that much

Only has two ingredients? And being vegetable by products..that's very weird to me. I definitely would not use them. The protein levels are also on the low side. Oxbow is tried and true and is a great feed.

It´s whitte molen chinchilla country line pellets (but there are no rose hips or carrots) - just pellets. It sais, that it contains 14 grains ... I think these are the ingredients:

barley
sunflower meal
lucerne meal
oat
soja (GM)
wheat
calcium
linseed
calcium phosphate
lysine
methionine

I would go with Oxbow over those.

OK, thanks... and is it safe to give chinchilla pellets to rabbits? If I would buy Oxbow pellets now than I would have too much feed and I wanted to give them to a friend who has a dwarf rabbit

I'm using Witte Molen pellets, verry happy with it. My chins like it and they look healthy. I also asked a breeder first to be sure it's a good pellet to give.

European pellets are completely different than what we feed here in the states, it works for them.
