Where can I buy chinchilla safe wood uk

Hi guys,

I've done a lot of searching online and I know I am looking for kiln dried pine to make shelves but I can't find any wide enough to replace the 34x56cm shelves in my savic royal suite cage. I am either looking for someone in the uk who makes shelves or if anyone know where I can buy the wood. I'm in scotland (fife). Any help would be great.

Here in the States we have big box stores that sell wood plus all sorts of other home improvement items (Lowes Home Depot) and then smaller lumber yards that are mainly for purchasing wood products (86 Lumber). Is there any such store in the UK?

I would first check the master store list here, see if anyone ships overseas and then last resort check eBay. If your shelves are going to be more than 4lb (.08st according to google) shipping them from the states is going to cost you priority international and not first class international.
