How was the adoption event?

Long story short I was told I was not needed, that after a phone call from a person who was looking to adopt a chinchilla from the rescue and she wanted to talk to a "real life" owner to ask about day to day care, so the rescue gave her my #. After I contradicted alot that was said to her and told her she NEEDED A/C that it was a deal breaker if she did not have it (the rescue never mentioned it) this was on thurs, sat AM I got a email saying they had it covered.

Oh wow... How can you not mention that you need an A/C?
