what kind of playpen do you use?

i would love to let rutherford out for playtime without using a playpen, but he likes to chew on my textbooks and my DVDs. but he's a big boy now (almost 2!), and he has found a way to hoist himself on the playpen and jump out... which defeats the purpose of using one in the first place. i only use this playpen to fence him into a chin-proofed area of my bedroom, so he's not stuck in a super small area or anything.

I have two sets of the Marshall Deluxe Ferret Playpens, and they go all around the edges of my room.

i use a play yard. (four baby gates)
i lean each side up against a wall, so that they have more room to play plus i can sit in there with them.

how tall is this playpen? i've thought about something like this, but one of the newer toys i got for his playpen is quite tall

its 22 1/2 inches tall and 43 inches in diameter and that was the medium size
