Hi there, one of my chins has very good personality, smart, and everything about him is just great. I would like to let him have kits. but he is 11 years old, is he too old for that?

Thanks!

We have an 11 year old male still in breeding and he's still producing. A little slower than our 7 year old male, but the 11 year old is still giving us kits and he's doing great - in good health and all.

ETA - in re-reading, I noticed that you said he's great and all but you didn't mention a pedigree or any showing. It's frowned on breeding chins with unknown backgrounds as you don't one what (potentially bad) genes you could be passing on. Just wanting to have kits isn't really a good reason to bring more chins into the world.
