Hi, I'm a new member 
Last year, I had 2 standard chinchillas that I got from PetSmart. The first one I got I had for maybe a year and a half and the 2nd chin I had for less than a year. One day, the first chin (ChiChi) was jumping around in her cage like she usually did and the next thing I knew was that she was lying on her side dying. She died that die. A few days later, the next chinchilla (Chia) dropped dead too. Does anyone know what could've caused this? It was really unexpected and very sad.
