What does this noise mean?

I have no idea how to describe the sound she makes, the only way I can think of explaining it is by saying it sounds like she's lightly puckering her lips together. I can't for the life of me figure out what she means when she does it lol! She's usually in a good mood when she does it, so I'm guessing it's a happy sound?

Another question, does your chin get hiccups after drinking sometimes?

My chins make all sorts of different weird noises. If she seems happy I wouldn't worry about it too much. My chins have never had hiccups. I have read that some chins get hiccups, but it's also not something to worry about.
