Weird sounds

I was going to give my girl her evening scratches but she does this hiccup/cough sound. I'm trying to get a recording but she does it only when my hand is near her. Is she in pain?? Mad at me?? I can't figure it out. Yes I know barks, chirps etc.

I just "puff" back at mine when they do it. I think it is kind of a warning or annoyance when I reach for them. I just go ahead and give the scritches and keep puffing at them while I do it. I find it kind of funny because they still like the scritches.
