What websites does everyone recommend to buy their chin food from? Also, what do you suggest is the best brand of pellets and hay?

there are members here that sell good quality pellets. i would contact Sandi, she sells Oxbow.

as for hay, it boils down to what hay your chins will eat. some chins will turn their noses up at one brand of hay, but love another. I feed my boys a mix of Oxbow timothy and Oxbow orchard grass, as well as a timothy/alfalfa/brome mix that i bought in a mini bale from my local vet supply store.

Thanks for the links, I'm definitely buying in bulk once their food runs out

don't buy a huge bag for just your two chins. pellets should be used up within a few months of purchase, because they lose their nutritional value if stored longer than that.
