Great victory. Hope other nations will look to this ruling and follow suit.

That is what I always want to know when I hear about animal cruelty.

Wow, I am really glad this Dog was given justice. Its just really sad he had to die for it.

Here in the US there have been many cases of dogs with severely imbedded collars that were saved. I'm surprised they couldn't save him.

How can a human being be so cruel to an animal? It's because they are sick and have mental issues IMO. Makes me absolutely sick, but you hear about it everyday. Glad she was punished though.
