like i said before my chin is about 2 months old. a baby. and i was wondering when is it necessary to take him to a vet?

If you want to take him to a vet just to get him on the vet's records, take him whenever. Otherwise, regular checkups are unnecessary without underlying issues.

Agreed, a visit to the vet to get established with them wouldn't hurt, but otherwise there is no need to take them for regular checkups. It can stress them out out so most people only take them when they are sick or injured.
