very dry feet and ears!!!

So BamBam has had dry feet and ears for as long as iive really had him, and his feet are like flaking, what can i put on them to allow them to soften up and not be so dry? id imagine that must hurt some having his skin flaking off like that, so what can i get at a store to help my little baby? please help me!

Bag balm will help, you can get it at walmart.

I found bag balm to be too goopy and hard to apply on squirmy chinchillas... I use Vitamin E oil
