Vaporizer?

I am really sick and need to start using a vaporizer.. My Chinchillas currently live in my bedroom... Is it safe to use around them or do I need to move them to another part of the house for awhile?

Any advice would be helpful... Thanks!

my son has a cool mist one but it doesnt give off any mist! its mist free! it just puts a little moisture back in the air. definitely cut down on the bloody noses.

i would avoid the "vicks" ones, as the smell might be too strong.

you could always get a thermometer/humidity meter to make sure it doesnt get too high.

i know there are threads on here that have the preferred percentages.

You could also either do sessions with the vaporizer in the bathroom or an office or another room. Or you could just move the chin cages into another room for a week or two, like you said. I have no idea how a vaporizer would affect the chins. Is it just water vapor that comes out? Then I'd think you wouldn't have a problem unless it gets too humid for them in your room, which it may if you need that humidity.
