Triplets! Advice please!

So my female had triplets this morning! There is one tiny tiny runt but the other are normal sized. They're starting to fight a little. I'm wondering what is the best thing to do. Should I hand feed them a few times a day so they get enough milk? Can I use a kitten supplement for milk with a dropper? I want to make sure this is even ok to feed them before I use it. I could also get my hands on some fresh goat milk but not right away. Any advice will help! Thank you!

Most walmarts carry goats milk in the dairy section, you can freeze it in ice cube trays for future use.

In the event you cannot find it in the dairy section, my local Walmart carries cans in the isle where baking goods are sold. Freezing it in cubes until needed works great.
