Hello,
Well i've had Bear for about 8 days now, which i know isnt very long but he lets me hod him and give him cuddles, give him kissses and pick him up without a blanket or gloves ect.and he seems to be happy to see me but everytime i pet him if i touch the top of his head, he does this huffity thing and poufs up, but its only if i touch his head,is this a hedgie thing or a Bear thing??

Very often it's a baby thing. He may or may not quit doing it in time but very often even if they don't raise their body quills, they will still raise their visor when startled.
