Yes it is. They love it! It stays cool and it is attached to the cage with a bold in a hole in the bottom of it.

Just a tip I use a total of 3 bolts.

One in front

Then 2 in back one agents the pot and one on the out side of the cage.

Thank you. I had a really funny one of them both in the tube with one smooshed up against the cage and the other flopped out half way on the shelf with a leg hanging off of the shelf. But, I accidentally deleted it. :banghead:

Jasper has taken to snuggling with his toys when he sleeps. The top one is him on his toy from Christine (Twilight Chinchillas). He had both front paws and nose on it. Woodrow looks pretty goofy too. The second one is him with his blue cloud chew rock.
