Strange Cat

I need help because this is getting out of hand:
My cat, Kasha, is an indoor cat NEVER goes outside. One of the apartment residents has a black and white cat (I've seen two around) that wander the campus. Both of these like to sit on the freaking AC or by our door and torment my cat through the door/window. I know it's there because Kasha does that high pitch cat screetch like she's getting attacked. I also cannot seem to find a way to keep Kasha from climbing onto our side of the AC, despite the fact that I've tried to block her access. How do I keep the strange cat away from my apartment? any ideas on keeping Kasha away?

most cats don't like the sound that tinfoil makes when they walk on it, so it works.

that's very interesting. RDZ said to crinkle it up, they don't like the feel of it either.

Yea, you crinkle it, then mostly re-flatten it and tape it to the top. 99% of cats hate it, 1% take great joy in toying with it and will amuse themselves for hours with foil. Hopefully the visitors are not in the 1%. )
