A while back, I received some Marseilles bar soap. I have got several bits left - you know, when the piece is now so flat or thin that you can't get up a good lather - and want to try melting them all down together into a single piece so I can use it again... Anyone know how to do it?

Put your soap ends in a cup and add a bit of boiling water. Just a little bit. Then mash it together and let it dry.

You can also make a small net bag, put your ends in there and use them that way. It does work.

I take my soap ends and put them in a jar. When the jar is full, I add boiling water and a handful of those plastic beads with the hole in the center. About 1/4" in diameter beads. Then you shake it up. Shake it daily until it emulsifies then put it in your soap pump and use it as hand soap.
