SMI Chinchilla Co?

Hi guys, it's been a while!

I just bought an old watch fob on Ebay - a chin, from SMI Chinchilla Co in Reynoldsberg, OH. I couldn't find much on Google other than an acknowledgement in a journal article from '79 on chin reflexes and noise. Anyone familiar with the company who could provide a little background/history? Thanks!!

No idea! ) It was fairly inexpensive and I enjoy collecting chin artwork etc, so I nabbed on it with no real plan, but I'm sure it will end up as something decorative.

I messaged the seller and got this response:

I just found out a little about this fob, it was designed by a friend of ours in the early 1970's who had made watch fobs under the Ebcoe trademark. It was made for an Amish man in Reynoldsberg Ohio for his chinchilla company, that is all he knew about it.
