Hi everyone, 3 days ago I adopted my first female chin. She turned 3 months old this past week. Anyhow, she's displaying different behavior than when I adopted my 2 males. I read that keeping them in the cage for the first week or so is suggested to let them get used to their new surroundings. Was curious if what I read was correct or not. Any tips or suggestions will be gratefully appreciated too! Thanks.

It can take some chins a good while to get adjusted. Leaving them in there cage is a good idea. However new chins need to be quarantined from your current chins when they are first brought home for 30 days.

Becarfull with 2 males and a female. They cant be housed together. And multiple males will often fight each other over a female.

Ohkay thanks. My female is in a different cage and in a whole different room. Also, both males are neutered, that's however I adopted them.
