Short Tailed Opossums

Just wondering if anyone on here has STO. I saw them on television and looked them up - they seem like interesting pets! Obviously I do not have one and wouldn't get one anytime soon, but they do look interesting!
I would love to see pictures if anyone has one
I wonder if these little guys are going to "take off" in the pet trade...they appear to be relatively easy to take care of, however many sites say hedgies are easy to take care of.

Never heard of them. I looked them up though and they actually look cute and not like they're going to rip my face off like the ones I see rummaging through my trash cans at night!

I'm getting one soon. I already put the deposit down. They're amazing animals. They're similar to rats in personality a lot of times as long as you socialize them but they live longer Their care is similar to hedgehogs, except they utilize vertical space like rats do and they need no supplemental heat.

I would LOVE to see pictures once you get your new little one!! I'm very intrigued by this little oppossums
