2 things:

1. I know that some pet store chew toys are marketed as chinchilla safe, but some arent, which makes it hard for me to trust them. Is there a listing some where of safe toys sold at a pet store?

2. I was given these toys but I cant find much information about them. It looks like its a new product line from petco. There's rope which makes me cautious, but I dont know if its even a safe rope. I dont even see any reviews about it so thats why im thinking its new. The one has giant seeds so I dont know if thats okay either.

Any input would be fantastic. And any information about chin safe toys/toy parts would be fantastic as well. Thank you in advance :)

These two statements just bother me, •All natural & handmade by villagers
•Made with renewable & recycled materials, what that is recycled would I want my chin to chew on and are the villagers just collecting things and making them, it just screams scam or something.

I wouldn't, mainly because I don't know how they're made and just as Dawn said, those statements scream scam. You're better off buying toys on here from places in the Classified section. I'm pleased with all the items i buy from there. I'm about to order for a 3rd time from TaylorMadeChinchilla's.

*All natural and handmade by villagers* .. just strikes me as a really weird statement to make for a small animal toy. Maybe not the natural part so much but why market a product as being made by some random villagers. Seems strange.

You're better off getting something from one of our Classifieds members. You at least know for sure everything will be chin safe!

As javachin said, getting from a CnH member is a better idea. I highly recommend chinchillacity.com as they have some really great chin stuff. There are several people on here who sell awesome stuff! And typically at better prices than a pet store anyway :)
