Ryerson supplement and soft poops

So I just got my first shipment of Ryerson supplement. I portioned it out to my eager furries who ate every particle. I have given it three times this past week, and suddenly I have several cages with soft poops. I've already cut out the supplement for those cages for a little while, but has anyone else had this problem?

How much are you giving each chin?

1 teaspoon per chin

Jan recommends 1/2 tsp. once a day. I have given my chins their supplement for months. The only time I has soft poos was when I had a 6 week old baby eating it. I took it away from her and poo went back to normal.

Oh, I was sure I read 1 tsp per chin, but I will cut back to 1/2 for everyone. Thanks!

That's just what she told me. I visit them about once a month. I use a heaping 1/2 tsp. and don't have any problems. Maybe just give yours a bit less for a week or so until they get used to it?
