Posting in hopes someone can help. Need a home for a boxer. My sister is rehoming or putting her dog down. He raised his hackles at a child yesterday. My gut tells me PTS may be the better situation, they have no money to provide training and work with a behaviorist. He has neurotic behavioral quirks, is scared of almost everything- including cameras and car rides. He needs to go to an adult only home with lots of structure and exercise.
