ran out of pellets; more on the way

So this morning my girls ate the last of their Oxbow and the new shipment still hasnt arrived yet. Ups tracking says it wont get here for another 4 days. Will they be ok on just hay for that long or do I need to get another bag at Petsmart?

I dont know for sure as this never happened to me, but ive read posts on here before and they were fine for over a week with just hay
